Rules for School

  • Maintaining 95% attendance is mandatory for every student.
  • Parents must pick up and drop off their children as the school doesn’t offer transportation facility. Students can bring bicycle. Gearless two wheelers are allowed for girl students provided they have a driving license. Bringing a four- wheeler will result in the vehicles’ confiscation.
  • Late comer students will not be allowed to enter the school. They may also be sent back to their homes.
  • In case of serious sickness, parents should submit the leave application along with medical certificate, duly sanctioned by the Principal, to the class in-charge. A student, who is absent continuously for more than 7 days from the school without sanction of leave, his/her name will be struck off. Absentism of students during exam will not be accepted at all.
  • Each student will receive a diary to note his/her assignments. It must be checked and signed by parents daily. It is mandatory for the students to bring one’s diary to the school daily.
  • If a student does not complete his/her homework regularly, a note will be given in his/her diary. One mark per note will be deducted in terminal examination.
  • Attending P.T.M is mandatory for parents. Only parents are allowed to view/sign the report card of their ward.
  • Students/teachers will not leave the school premises without the permission of the principal. Breaching this rule may lead to suspension.
  • Parents must inform the class in-charge in case of any change in contact no. /home address.
  • Parents must be vigilant regarding the company of their ward. They must check the bags of their wards from time to time. Parents must communicate with their wards so that they could be guided in a proper way.
  • Misconduct of guardians with school faculty will not be accepted at any cost. Consequently the ward may be suspended from the school or his/her admission to the next class may be denied.
  • In case of an emergency, only parents, after obtaining permission from the Principal, are allowed to enter the school to discuss the matter with the school authorities. They will have to display their ID card at the school gate and register their entry.
  • Students must come to school in proper school uniform. Girls are not allowed to get their hair cut, grow their nails, apply nail polish, heena, kajal or wear decorative pins and hairband, watches or any ornaments.
  • Bringing mobile phone, i-pads, smart watches or indulging in any objectionable activity like smoking etc. is strictly prohibited. Mobile phone, once confiscated will not be returned and the defaulter student will have to pay fine also.
  • It is everyone’s responsibility to care for the school furniture and infrastructure. In case of damage, the defaulter will be charged compensation.
  • Any student/staff member found tarnishing the image of the school, will be expelled.

NOTE:

  • Teachers/students/parents will have to abide by all the rules and regulations framed by the school.
  • In case of any complaint, parents can meet the class in-charges, finding no redressal of their problem from them, they may approach the Principal after taking an appointment.
