I. ADMISSION TO NURSERY, L.K.G. & U.K.G CLASSES:-
Age limit for Nursery: 3-4 yrs, LKG: 4-5 yrs. and UKG: 5-6 yrs.
- The child should have recognition abilities for common objects.
- The school admits tiny tots in Nursery class on the basis of interaction with the parents and their ward.
- For admission written/oral test of students may be taken.
- Attach a photocopy of the birth certificate of the ward with the form and bring the original birth certificate at the time of the admission.
- Three coloured passport size photograph of the child & another three photographs with his/her parents must be attached with the form. One photocopy of Bank account number of the ward.
- One photocopy of Aadhar card of Parents and another of their ward duly signed by any gazetted officer.
- School Leaving Certificate from E-Punjab is compulsory for admission to U.K.G class.
- There should be no discrepancy in the name of the child as well as his/her parents on all the documents.
- One attested photocopy of the academic qualification of both the parents of the child must be attached alongwith the form.
II. ADMISSION TO HIGH CLASSES (I-IX):-
- Admission to all these classes will be done on the basis of an Entrance Test.
- Attach attested photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
- Three coloured passport size photograph of the child & another three photographs with his/her parents must be attached with the form.
- School leaving certificate from E-Punjab is compulsory for all classes.
- Attach attested photocopy of SC/BC certificate if the child belongs to this category.
- Detailed marksheet of the previous class passed must be attached with the form.
- School leaving certificate (counter signed) for students who come from other board than P.S.E.B. for IX class.
- Photocopy of bank account number of ward, photocopy of Aadhar Card of both parents & ward must be attached.
- Attested photocopy of the academic qualification of both the parents of the child must be attached along with the form.
III. ADMISSION TO SENIOR SECONDARY CLASSES (IX-XII):-
- Admission to XI (Science, Commerce & Humanities) is done in the month of April, purely on the basis of the performance in pre-board marks of entrance test conducted by the school.
- The students who have passed X class from other schools, have to undergo the following procedure:
- Appear for the Written Entrance Test on the date and time given at the submission of the form.
- Appear for interaction/interview with the concerned authority along with both the parents.
NOTE: – The final decision of admission is reserved. The discretion for admission tests lies with the Principal, subject to the availability of the seats in various streams.
Following documents must be attached with the form:-
- One coloured passport sized photograph of the child & one photograph of the child with parents must be attached with the form. It is mandatory.
- Attested photocopy of the detailed marks of Pre-Board test before the declaration of board results. Student shall have to submit attested photocopy of the detailed marksheet of X class Board Examination after the declaration of the result.
- Photocopy of testimonial of character certificate from the previous school.
- Migration certificate for students who come from board other than P.S.E.B.
- Attach attested photocopy of SC/BC certificate if the child belongs to either of these categories.
- Photocopy of bank account number of ward, photocopy of Aadhar Card of both parents & ward must be attached.
Admission to XI class from April will be provisional only. Regular admission will be granted only after the declaration of the Board result of X class, subjected to student securing with atleast 60% marks.
