Riya- a student of R.S excels in State level Story Writing Competition
On November 15, 2023: In a series of various events organised by Punjab in ‘Punjabi Maah’ at Lyallpur Khalsa Girls College, Jalandhar , various Punjabi literature writing and Poem recitation competitions were conducted by Punjabi department. In this competition, the winners of district level competitions enthusiastically participated. Riya (10 A) a student of R.S. Model Sr. Sec. School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana, bagged the first prize in Story writing Competition at the District level and further participated in the State level competition. Dynamic students from 19 distinguished districts participated in this State level competition wherein, Riya once again clinched the first prize and won a great victory. Riya was honoured with a certificate and a cash prize of Rs. 2000 / – . Dr. Sanjeev Chandel (Principal ) congratulated Riya and her mentors on this splendid success.He also extended his best wishes by saying that Hard work always pays off and motivated her to keep participating in such strenuous Competitions in future as well.
