In order to promote mother language and save our cultural and traditional values, R.S. Model Sen. Sec. School organised Punjabi Declamation Contest, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Sanjeev Chandel ( Principal). Passionate students of classes 6th to 12th participated enthusiastically in three categories. The budding orators performed exceptionally well and secured the top positions. In the first category, Tanroop (8B), Harpuneet (8A), Manpreet (6C) and Sukhman (8C) clinched first, second, third and consolation prizes respectively whereas, in second category, Kiranjot (10B), Bhawna (10A) Bhumika (9C) and Srishty (10B) got top three positions and consolation prize respectively and in the 3rd Category Gursidak (12B), Harleen (12A), Bani(12C) and Pawanjot ( 12F) bagged first, second, third and consolation prize. Dr. Sanjeev Chandel congratulated all the winners, appreciating their hard work and dedication. He also commended the teachers for their efforts in preparing the students for the contest.
