With the aim of amplifying students’ mathematical prowess, R. S. Model Sen. Sec. School organised a Maths quiz for classes IX-XII, under the sagacious guidance of Dr. Sanjeev Chandel (Principal), in which students participated zealously. The quiz comprised eight teams, each consisting of four members who demonstrated their exceptional numerical agility and problem- solving dexterity in a series of challenging rounds. After a keenly contested competition, Team Alpha (Sukhleen, Kiranjot, Jaspreet, Nargis) bagged first position, whereas, Team Psy (Nitin Bhatt Ekampreet,Tanisha, Anmolpreet ) won second prize and Team Gamma (Sukhdeep, Shubhneet, Priyanshi, Upasna) clinched the well deserved third position. Mrs. Taranjit kaur ( Maths teacher) delivered an insightful oration on the significance of Mathematics, adding a creative touch to the event. Dr.Sanjeev Chandel congratulated the winners and commended the participants for their efforts, encouraging them to adopt Vedic Maths and keep participating in such competitions in future as well.
