With the aim of enhancing mathematical proficiency of the students, R. S. Model Sen. Sec. School organised a Maths quiz for Middle classes (VI-VIII), under the erudite guidance of Dr. Sanjeev Chandel (Principal), in which students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their acumen in mathematics. The quiz comprised six teams, each consisting of three members who demonstrated their numerical acuity and problem solving prowess in a series of challenging rounds including Objective, rapid fire, problem solving, activity and Buzzer rounds. After a keenly contested competition,Team Euclid (Avneesh, Pranav, Laksh) bagged first position whereas, Team Aryabhatta ( Kritika, Angel, Aradhya ) won second prize and Team Bhaskara ( Japleen, Prabhjot, Priyanshi ) clinched the third position. Loveleen( VII A ) also recited a thought provoking poem on the importance of Mathematics, adding a creative touch to the event. Mrs. Shubh lata ( Headmistress ) congratulated the winners on their success while Dr. Sanjeev Chandel commended the participants for their efforts, encouraging them to participate in such competitions in future as well.
